Our policy lasts 60 days. If your purchase was made more than 60 days ago, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Should you need to make a return, please send the book and packing slip to the address listed above with a note explaining the reason for return. Shipping costs will be refunded only in the event of an error by Baker Book House.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days.
If it appears you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account.
If you still don't see your refund, please contact your credit card company or bank, it may take several days before your refund is officially processed and posted.

If you are shipping an item with a value of $75 or more, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
