Orders:

How can I edit or cancel my order?

Changes after your order has been placed can be requested by emailing help@bakerbookhouse.com. If the order has been fulfilled, changes can no longer be made.

·       The address on my order is incorrect, how can I update it?

Please contact us at help@bakerbookhouse.com. If the order has shipped, we are unable to edit the address at that point.

·       How can I update my default address?

After logging into your account, choose the profile option. Your default address can be changed there.  Please note this will not change the address on existing orders – please contact us at help@bakerbookhouse.com if you would like the address on previous orders to be changed.

·       Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally.

·       I received an incorrect or damaged item, what do I do?

I have a question about your brick-and-mortar store:

For our physical store, the best contact method is to contact them by phone. 616-957-3110. Please note they are unable to help with website questions.

·       To reserve our Community Room please call the bookstore and customer service can help with that.

Can you sell my book?

·       Please contact the bookstore directly at 616-957-3110 and ask for one of our buyers, either Fiction, Nonfiction or Children's Books.

 

Do you buy used books?

Yes – we do purchase used Christian books! Please see more information here:

 

Donation Requests:

Here at Baker Book House, our mission is to equip the Church to Live and Grow in Faith, guiding her to engage quality Christian books, products, and community. In keeping with our corporate mission, the major focus of our donations will be for qualifying, nonprofit churches and organizations.

Sponsorships and monetary donations will not be considered.

Contributions will not be made to organizations conducting fundraising (third party giving) on behalf of nonprofit organizations.

All donation requests must be submitted to us in writing, on a company/organization letterhead. NO PHONE CALLS ARE ACCEPTED. Requests must be received at least six weeks prior to the event.
